Flamingos awakening

A compact group of flamingos napping on the Étang du Grec near Palavas, South of France, is suddenly awakened by a gust of wind. A flurry of activity ensues as necks unfold and legs begin to move.

• Oil on canvas stretched over a wooden frame, 50x73x2 cm; the edges are painted, everything is ready for hanging.
